The 127,284 failures of the Eritrea - Ethiopia peace process

It is hard to be optimistic about relations between Eritrea and Ethiopia. What progress is there to see?

Why are there no report backs to the people of Eritrea? Why does there seem to be no activity between the civil servants of both countries to flesh out the details and make peace real - re-opening the roads between the two countries?

To none of these questions are there clear answers. As a result Eritreans continue to flee to their neighbours. Tens of thousands now live in Ethiopian camps - 127,284 according to the UNCHR.

It is a sad life, highlighting the failure of the peace process that could allow them to go home.
