Here it is – an official instruction to employers to suspend Tigrayans from their regular employment.

This is from a building project in Addis Ababa and is typical of what is being sent out. It is a clear example of ethnic profiling.

Many better off Tigrayans and Eritreans have packed up and are leaving for the Gulf, if they possibly can.
